If you request the professional profile PDF, the email address you enter is used to send you a download link. qrisk.dev keeps a record of the request so it knows who asked for the profile: your email address, your IP address, the approximate location derived from that IP address (city and country, looked up in a local database without contacting any third party), your browser type and the time. When the link is used, the time, IP address, approximate location and browser type of each download are recorded with it. These records are only visible to the site owner, are not shared, and are deleted after 12 months. The message is sent through the mail provider of qrisk.dev, which processes it for delivery and may keep standard delivery logs. The link itself contains no personal data and expires after 24 hours. To limit repeated requests, the requesting IP address is also held in the server’s memory for up to one hour.
Like most websites, the server records technical data for each request — such as IP address, time, requested page and browser type — to operate and secure the site. The pages also record how they are used, together with the IP address: which links and buttons are clicked, how long a page is open, how far it is scrolled, the screen width and the page you came from. Nothing is stored on your device for this, and nothing you type into a form is included. These records are only visible to the site owner, are not shared, and are deleted after 90 days.
